This classic collection has been further enhanced with the addition of gold-plated knobs, available on all round, oval, and braising (sauté) casseroles. The patented design of the fantastic wedge-profile handles, created by Marcus Notley, allows for a stable and comfortable four-finger grip.

The internal matte black enamel coating of the Pro Range is fundamentally superior to traditional glossy cream enamel. It has a different composition and is much less likely to chip, making it better suited for commercial use. Matte Black enamel can withstand the rigors of high-temperature searing, while glossy enamel cannot. It is inherently tougher, more scratch-resistant, and less prone to staining and chipping.

Our Cast Iron cookware is intrinsically safe and doesn't emit any dangerous toxins, even at high temperatures. It retains its composition and shape under extreme conditions, unlike some softer materials.
